Father and Daughter

Henry Adams was serving a sentence for larceny at Pentridge when he was sent to Geelong Gaol on 7 November 1892. His daughter Lillian was serving a similar sentence in Melbourne Gaol.

Authorities tried to get Lillian to Geelong Gaol to be with her father in his last days. Lillian arrived at Geelong Gaol on 28 November 1892, unfortunately 2 days after her father Henry had passed away.
